Therapy for Kids
Working with children requires creativity, patience, and a warm space where they feel safe to express themselves. In my sessions, I use engaging mediums like drawing, scribbling, colouring, and storytelling to gently open channels of communication. These playful tools often help kids relax and share more freely allowing us to get to the heart of what they’re feeling.
Common concerns parents bring include difficulty focusing, emotional outbursts, frequent arguments, not listening, excessive screen time, and general chaos at home. Many parents feel stuck or unsure of how to guide or discipline their children effectively.
In just a few sessions, families often begin to notice meaningful changes, children become calmer, more responsive, and better able to regulate their behaviour. Importantly, both parents are involved in the process. I make sure that therapy isn’t just about the child, but about strengthening family connections and creating a more peaceful, loving home environment.
Therapy for kids is not about fixing them it’s about understanding them, and helping them thrive with the right support.

Therapy for Adults
Whether you’re a teenager or a young adult, therapy with me is a space where you can just be. We talk, we draw, we use analogies and simple tools that help you connect the dots in your own life. Colouring isn’t just for kids , it’s for anyone who needs a moment to breathe, reflect, and reset.
As a solution-focused therapist, I work with what’s happening now because this moment matters. That doesn’t mean your past or future is ignored. It just means you come first. And in 3, 5, or 7 sessions, most clients bounce back clearer, stronger, and more grounded.
Together, we work through things like burnout, low self-esteem, self-doubt, unmet expectations, and the constant need for validation. You’ll start to understand yourself better, feel lighter, and reconnect with your purpose.
You have dreams. You just need the right space to see them clearly again. I’m here to walk beside you until you do.

Therapy for Families
Family therapy often begins with the Queen of the house taking the first step, sometimes while seeking support for her child or for herself. In today’s fast paced world, families experience stress from long work hours, financial responsibilities, lack of personal time, and the slow fading of everyday conversations.
Relationships between parents and children, couples, siblings, or in-laws can begin to feel strained. Even small misunderstandings or the overuse of mobile devices can create distance. Add to that time management struggles, low energy, long commutes, and the absence of meaningful moments together, and it’s no surprise many families feel disconnected.
Through gentle, focused sessions, I help families pause, reflect, and communicate better. Often, just a few sessions can lead to more understanding, warmth, and clarity. Whether it’s paired with individual therapy or therapy for kids, family therapy brings everyone back to the same page; creating space for connection and growth.
We don’t just talk ! We work together to understand, support, and heal as a family.
